So, 27 years isn't enough?

Well I guess for my Laptop 27 years = less than 24 hours.

It hasn't been 27.3 years since I set my Client Lease Time to 9999 minutes. I'm saying that changing it did not work and I need another solution, actually read the topic next time instead of reading two posts and assuming that I don't think that 27 years is enough.

I did read the topic. Then you said "Is there any other way" after he said something about 27 years.

comcast here like restarts my loving modem twice a week at random. its very annoying.
and it resets my ip every time, and makes me have to go adjust my ports every time as it causes my lan user number to change.

That's why I got loving AT&T UVerse, it loving works, and when it restarts it means and UPDATE more than a poorly made router.

Kalph, when I run IPCONFIG and even IPCONFIG -all, the 2 DNS servers are the same. They can't be the same where I am supposed to enter them.

Because the 27 year solution strangely did not like Kalph said it would.

itt: The OP's IP address.

It's his local IP address which doesn't identify him at all.

Static IP? Also this should be in help, I belive.

No, Help section is for help in-game, this is help for my router changing it's IP Address randomly. Nothing to do with the game, it may relate to hosting, but is more about my router.

If any of you had bothered to check, 9999 minutes is only 166.65 hours. cp1dell, how is your computer connected to your router(wired or wireless).

I thought it was days...

Client Lease Time:
  • minutes (0 means one day)

My Internet Connection type is not Static IP, it uses PPPoE, since that is what my DSL Modem uses.
He said it was minutes.

Wireless, I use my Laptop.
