Other color sets mess up default builds.
Maybe you can select the color set, view it, then change it to make it kinda like... Color'd in a good way.

That's a good idea, but I think it falls out of what I'm looking for. I'm looking for ideas on the tools you would use to create a mod like that. Selecting bricks by colors works already, what might be useful for a mod like that is a function that returns a brickgroup for every different color in the build. I'll add that.

Glad you guys are enthusiastic :D

but have any more suggestions?

What about a sick GUI from birds eye view that can see blocks and players. kinda like a rador.
And its a GUI, hard but i have been waiting since the minute i got the idea. Which was a copple of seconds, but still i want it!
It'd go nice with my mod.

Stop with the radar suggestion. It will not happen.

Yet it will
It has, and i know it will.

That is confusing and i have no loving clue what you said.

Fixed for your incompitent mind.

Do you have selecting by type of brick, like by baseplate, brick, ramp etc? And to go even further, selecting by only individual bricks like only 2x4's, 2x2's, etc.?

That isn't exactly what these tools should do, but you actually bring up a good idea. What I think I can do is make a script that measures density of bricks within a certain area. Maybe I can do something with these density values. Yea, it might be useful to have functions that tell how much open space there is within a certain limit.

Yep, I have all of those, although the names of the filters are horrible, I need to update that part.

You've got me excited, nooo. D:
