How fast do you think I should try to get rid of Security Tool?

Get rid of it later.

A handicapped program called "Security Tool" is blocking all of my programs from doing anything, so it'll be a while before I'm on BL again.

UH, every security system, has an Allow Option.

If yours doesn't, its a piece of crap.

Not Security Tool, I've deleted it five times and it keeps re-downloading itself without me knowing.

Then it's a trojan.
Congrats you forgeted up your computer.

Get some anti virus software (unless the trojan blocks that too :cookieMonster:).

It's a virus huehuehue

1. Turn computer on

2. Before it loads up all the way, hit f11 or what ever to do a system restore

3. If steps 1 and 2 don't work throw computer out of window

4. ????

5. Profit

It's F8. And make sure it is after the BIOS is loaded. (Or the screen where is says Dell or w/e.)

Why the hell would you use a Anti-Virus/Spyware Program that isnt branded by Norton, McAfee, or MalwareBytes?

Anyways, best way to remove it would be manual deletion (Use Bazooka Spyware Scanner for most manual deletions) while in SAFE MODE. Using System Restore has a high chance of the program rewriting itself to exist on previous Restore States.

Because all those suck. Plus he's talking about the built in security tool everyone SHOULD have on there computer, installed or not. He never said anti-virus.

And by the way I agree with Gartanium, system restore. If that doesn't work, restore your computer to factory settings.  Pretty much means your computer will be just like when you bought it. Be careful if you have precious files on your computer that aren't recoverable.

You have a virus i believe since your not going to pay for virus security heres a free one and its pretty good

I've seen fake security alerts attempting to put trojans on people's computers.

I'm sorry, but your computer is doomed. :panda: :panda: :panda: :panda:...*sob*
This is why:

1: You CAN NOT DELETE IT. (because you told us that is just downloads itself again.)

2: You CAN NOT USE ANY APPS (because of virus)

3: You CAN maybe download an anti-virus agenst this, but if it dosen't work, then i sorry but you are DOOMED.

You better GET BACK-UP FLIES OF ALL YOUR STUFF ON DISC OR THUMBSTICKS BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!

If you somehow counter ANY of these reasons, you CAN save your computer, but you should probably get back-up flies of you r files on to a type of storage not in your computer, first.
