I cannot agree more, we have handled the money poorly. Guess what, we had a say in most of the projects, it wasn't like Bush, or Clinton just out of the blue wanted to build a dam somewhere. It was an elected congress member who probably was showed the problem then he wanted to fix it with his elected power.
