Communism is just another form of government, if done right it is pretty successful. This is true for any form of government. Mess it up and then the whole place is forgeted and you get to go down in history books as a guy that messed up bad. However most of the time people don't know what the government is exposed to be, due to other people not being able to do it, and the fact that the media can blow things over. If you think because allot of guys in your contry say its bad doesn't mean it is. you know what they probably say in the communist countries that the Americans went to war with? I bet they are saying that Americans is corrupt because they went to war to stop a form of government.

TL;DR: All governments have their own advantages and disadvantages.
