Naturalism is based on evidence. A naturalistic worldview literally means to base your views on the world solely on evidence.

Just because someone got better when people expect them to die doesn't mean anything. You are assuming it was a God that made them better, rather than just something going on you don't know about. It's an argument from ignorance, essentially like saying "I don't know how this happened therefore it was God."
