I understand what Freeze means, and I kinda agree. I'll try to re-iterate...
You are asking for an entire movie (even if a short one) as an app... But being in a film clan myself (BEE), I know that there are multiple different jobs which people need to be able to do. I couldn't do half the things our recorder/editor does, but I can build a mean set, event anything which needs doing and get some decent sound effects/music edited. There are quite alot of different jobs that a film clan needs, if you judge purely on the current basis, I fear you may end up with a clan full of directors/filmers. What about voice actors? People to build the set? Actual people to act?
That is my opinion and you may wildly disagree, and feel free to do so; that is just my 2 cents.
