Zombie Mod and Zombie Spawning

I can play the game just fine, kill-able to both me and the Zombies, I just want an answer or two if someone can give it or if it's even an option.
Can you make the Zombie spawn time LONGER? Such as, six (6) seconds before they re-spawn. Please help me, I just wish for more time to be ready when they attack, otherwise the mod works just fine.

You can set the Vehicle re-spawn time in the minigame menu.
However, there are some add-ons that break re-spawn time.
I'm still search for which add-ons that cause this, but one suspect is the Pipe Wrench
