its just before you join a server, eg a free build, you know that the builds are  gonna be crap before you join it :/

Does this belong in drama? You also didn't have to make up a ratio that is probably not even real. Most of the good builders have probably gotten bored and left the game. Either that or they just don't want to show their builds. I, myself can consider myself as probably an average to good builder. I can build good, but I am extremely lazy. Just like in everything else. Although, I am a great eventer. I know VCE, zones, (I'm not sure about it, I usually don't use it.) relays, and all the other simple ones.

It's really wide open as to what "good building" really is. I consider myself a good builder. Some newb who builds entirely with 1x1's considers himself a good builder. Either way, sometrollone will say their builds are bad.

Sort of connecting to that, people's opinions of a "good builder" changes over time. I used to think almost everyone was a good builder, simply because I sucked. Now that I've improved, I might think at first that "all the good builders have gone somewhere", when it really might just be that I've gotten better and I'm harder to please now.

I've seen one of Kim's builds, and they are fairly good. It wasn't something he spent a week on, but it wasn't the type of spam you see on most servers. (It was better)
