So, I bought Adobe CS4 Design Premium last thursday.

My mom works on a college campus so I was able to get it for just 330 bucks on an educational discount retail site.

It came in the mail today, I installed it and stuff. I'm really excited :D

i get confused at the 100 programs in the adobe package.

what came:

Photoshop
Illustrator
Flash
Dreamweaver
Fireworks
Acrobat

I'll probably use the first 3 the most, I've really liked photoshop elements.

i use dreamweaver for my ftp file managing quite a bit.

it literally costs twice as much, and 800 for an upgrade to cs5 from cs4 (I'm sure I could get it cheaper, but still!)

I can get the Autodesk Education Suite (which has 3DS Max, Maya, Mudbox Softimage, Motionbuilder, and Sketchbook Pro 2010) for $360 >:|

lol even with school discounts, its funny to see how many people NEED these high end apps and are willing to pay out 500-1500 dollars for them.
then the same people whine about how they dont want to pay 12 dollars a month for such future mmo because they dont want to afford it.
