Me too, strange that I take medicine and I still wake up during the night and can't go back to sleep.

I read in a book of random surprising facts that getting about 6 hours of sleep rather than around 10 helps you live longer.

Stunts your growth and makes you remember less.

I'm the same way. I only get/need 4-6 hours of sleep, otherwise I'm exhausted (Especially if I over sleep). I'm pretty certain your body can adjust, but not sleeping long enough may increase present medical issues, form new issues and increase stress levels. :o

I have to wake up in 3 hours so I guess I should go sleep now :c

Haha, good idea. :3 Night <3

I'm pulling an all-nighter because I'm going on a bus to Atlanta, Georgia at around 4 a.m., might as well sleep on the bus since it's such a long ride.

It's 2:22 a.m. right now here.
