Wrong on practically every level. First of all what you are suggesting probably wouldn't even legal, second it would only apply to mods that were released to the public at large, third it wasn't ever "badspot owns your content," it was "badspot has permission to redistribute and repackage your content with blockland," fourth I don't think it's even in the EULA anymore last time I checked, fifth badspot wouldn't take your model and write a new script for it and finally he asks before he does it.

The email is probably a canned response.

In order to show that you are actually the copyright holder you would need to register it. Have fun registering your copyright, it's $50, uses a mail in form and will take a few days. The online registration ($35) won't work because it's a 3d model, probably in .blend or .3ds or something format.

Can't you just be content everyone here knows he stole it and leave it? It's excessive to drag it out as far as trying to get the stuff taken down from mediafire.
