I use my main disk only for Windows only, all my other stuff (programs, videos, etc.) go into my 1.5 TB HDD.

I do this also. I think that it should be standard practice, considering that it's the safest place for one's files in the event of a system crash, or corrupted core files.

Because it's from 2006? It came with my previous Dell PC, that was mainly meant for business, and therefore only had a 74 GB HDD.
