If you're talking about American McDonalds fries then you haven't tried the ones over here in Japan.  The great thing about Japanese' McDonalds is that the Japanese who work the facility take their jobs seriously; there aren't some punk kids or 60 year old ladies preparing your food for you.  Anyway, even though the drinks and sizes of most of the stuff on the menu are much smaller than the sizes in the US, the food at Japanese' McDonalds is awesome. (I've heard it's the same way over in Europe, I'm not sure though.)

The only thing worthwhile at Mcdonalds is the breakfast. The burgers taste horrible

Yes your almost right.  The burgers tast not as good as in burger king.  BUT It is also pritty good

Yes, I haven't eaten any fries that are as good Mcdonalds. Can't eat them very often though, too much grease.
