Dedicated Server not hooked up to RTB???

I was opening the dedicated.bat file and when it got to the end it said:

Your server has not been setup to work with RTB yet!
Type the following command into the dedicated server to complete setup.
setupRTBDedicated("YourUsername")
YourUsername is the username that you use for your BL ID (13525) that runs this server
- OR -
Simply join your dedicated server to do this automatically.

Idk what this means AT ALL. Totally confusing me.

It just means that you haven't configured your dedicated server to run with RTB.  It's not a necessity; just follow the instructions if you want to.

I figured out how to run a dedicated server but whenever I join it it won't connect.
