Help with forum avatar please?

  Well, I'm trying to get the Dramatic prairie dog .gif as my forum avatar, but every time I upload it it only shows one frozen spot in the clip. Please help.

You need to resize it to 75x75
When you try to upload a size bigger than that the forum resizes it and it becomes a still image
Also that avatar sucks

K. But how do I resize a gif? Iv'e resized other types of images, but never a gif.
