Author Topic: How do you loop a sound?  (Read 1332 times)

I made a tower and it has a machine gun and stuff, so I made an alarm on it, too.
I made a green button to turn it on, and a red to turn it off. Now I need to know how I can loop the alarm.wav along with the alarm light to make an awesome alarm.
Anyone? :D?


Use Relays =
On-activate > Self/NamedBrick > Firerelay
On-Relay > Self/NamedBrick > FireRelay
On-Relay >Self/NamedBrick > Play Sound > alarm

Put a delay on the "onrelay firerelay"

This is what I have:

onActivate > alarm > setLight > Alarm
onActivate > alarm > setColorFX > Glow
onActivate > alarm > fireRelay
onRelay > alarm > fireRelay
onRelay > alarm > playSound > alarm.wav

The problem is, you're having the button fire a relay to the alarm brick, but your events are on the brick that's activated.
onRelay > self > fireRelay

THIS CRAPPY ONRELAY DOESN'T LET THE ALARM SOUND FINISH SO IT JUST KEEPS GOING "AJASJFSAIASFASJAS" AND THE RED BUTTON DOESN'T SET THE SOUND TO NONE
