There is this girl in my health class at school I like. We both have similar intrests. I think she likes me back because sometimes I will see her looking at me. No this isn't recent, this has been since the beginning of the school year (the staring part). I know I have to make the first move, but I don't know what exactly to say...

Just start casually talking to her, make her your friend first of all. And then i think you will get it from there, If i see a girl I like. I involve her in a conversation me and my brother are having, and then make a new friend.
