I drink a lot of this stuff. Is that bad?


Probably.

Well I'm jaundiced, but that's just because of the orange powerade on my skin.

All the pros drink it! You should be fine!

Its made for exercise. So if you sit around all day and drink it, you're body will start to bloat because of the high amount of salt in it.

I don't like powerade. It's only good cold, once it gets room temperature it tastes like stuff.

Gatorade has a better line of "healthier" drinks. Some of them taste horrid but they are good for you. Powerade on the otherhand is an electrolyte recoverer which helps your body maintain hydration. Powerade is best if you are going to work out or be active. Gatorade you can drink every so often for your pleasure or after workouts as well.

Wrong about the before part. Gatorade/powerade is best to drink during/after working out. Notice how when you casually drink it, you can never finish it, or you have to practically force yourself

Yes, you can drink it before which is usually best. It preps your body for a workout and will keep you hydrated during that workout.
