Makes everything more realistic, getting shot and simply fixing yourself up no longer happens. You have to inject yourself with morphine to prevent yourself from passing out and bandage your wounds. light machine guns can make you loose your hearing. standing to close to a tank when it fires could make you loose your hearing. standing behind a rocket launcher when it fires will knock you out from back blast etc.
