You mean, for every ammo type (or only certain types) a different vest? Like the anti-shotgun-vest protects well from shotguns but bad or not from other rounds or what?

Not protection. Like carried ammo. Police armor lets you carry more pistol and shotgun ammo, army armor lets you carry more assault rifle ammo, swat armor lets you carry more SMG ammo. Stuff like that. Protection should just be numbers just like the guns are just numbers. Armor A has X protection, gun A does X damage.

I already said earlier, and I think even more than one time, no attachments like grenadelaunchers.

Well, like I said. That was just an extra part that you might possibly consider, given the fact that yes, it was a grenade launcher, but it shot smoke or teargas and couldn't be used as a weapon in itself.

But alright. Just take that part off. How about the main idea?

The vests seem to need more work than expected.
Anyways, I'll just make it very basic for now. Here some stuff I just came up with...

Light vest:
Damage under 10: 80% protection
Damage 11 - 18 (9mm): 60% protection
Damage 19 (5.7mm) - 20 (.45 ACP): 40% protection

Medium vest:
Damage under 18: 70% protection
Damage 18 - 20 (.45 ACP): 60% protection
Damage 21 - 23 (5.56mm): 30% protection

Heavy vest:
Damage under 23: 80% protection
Damage 23 (5.56mm) - 25 (7.62mm): 60% protection
Damage 26 - 30: 25% protection

I dunno about the names on the vests... what if you wanted to be some sort of baddy with some extra protection? You wouldn't wear a police vest, would you? I'd personally like at least 1 vest without any sort of logo/name on it. The vest models are great, though.

Dunno if I will keep the names. Another problem Digital mentioned, what if a team has only shirt colors? Any ideas? Shall the vest be colored then?

Maybe a preference. I wouldn't use it, because colored vests just look weird.
