1.Add a glock: underpowered w/ attatched cowbell/self-destruct module.
Reload similar to the flare gun's. 1 shot per clip w/ 0 accuracy and 1 dmg.
1 shot per clip then forced reload.
                            ^^^^^^^^^
      Allows you to bind secondary fire to the light key.
Secondary Fire:Plays a cowbell sound. 1/10 chance to blow up.

M21 looks... Uh... Well, too be honest, I'm not much of a fan of Sniper Rifles.
I get their motives, but...
It seems like it could be done much more efficiently.
Big ol' rifles just seem... borked.
A precision shotgun (think slugs) could probably do a bit more,
thanks to their epic stopping power, at the cost of a bit of accuracy.
And, isn't there some other way to make a gun more accurate besides giving it a huge barrel? Seriously.

The problem is, these 10% are from another game (Crimsonland). For BL you would need a smaller chance of course.
