Perks I have so far:

Ammo Maniac - You have 20% more ammo.
Engineer - Higher bullet entry.
Weapon Expert - You do 15% more damage.
Weapon Master - You do 25% more damage.
Reversed Air Resistance - The higher the distance, the higher the damage.
Scrounger - You get 1/6th of your victims ammo.
Thick Skinned - You only receive 90% of caused damage.
Ghost - You're invisible when noone is near you (64 plate like radius).
Regeneration - Your health slowly regenerates.
Golden Bullet - There is a 15% (5% for automatic weapons) chance that a bullet is deadly.

And some others I forgot again...
