Golden Bullet - There is a 15% (5% for automatic weapons) chance that a bullet is deadly.

For the Golden Bullet, instead of there being a chance of it doing more damage, the last bullet in your mag should do more damage. Eh, I think both ideas are fine :U

First I thought the last bullet should be deadly, too. But then you could just fire until 1 round is left. People wouldn't do that with automatic weapons, yes. But with the ones which don't have much rounds in a magazine, like the M700 or the M1911. I think it's better when it's random.
