I just got reminded again of how awesome projectiles are. They just make everything more challenging. And besides that: I had the feeling that I couldn't hit anything with the raycasts. When someone fired ten rounds on me I was quite dead. When I fired fifty rounds at someone I could call myself lucky if two of them hit. Today I switched back to projectiles again. If I fire fifty projectiles with an SMG I can expect at least two kills. Even better with sniper rifles. Achieved an awesome headshot just some minutes ago. GSF San Andreas, small airport as base, not far away some skyscrapers. Somone dropped dead in our base and I knew there has to be someone up there sniping us (Already enough experience on that map :P). It didn't took me three seconds to aim, spot and fire. I was only able to see that guys hat, and a bit of the head. I didn't zoom in further because 4x is more than enough on around 350 meters - at least for me. The first round hit my victim in the head. I did not use the binoculars, I did not know the distance to the skyscrapers. I just aimed. Veni vidi vici once again.
