I have a suggestion for the C4. Make it so the item is the detonator, and when you press RightMouse, you throw the C4. It detonates after a long time. (Long projectile time) It would stick to bricks, and mount to players and vehicles. Then, when you pressed LeftMouse while holding the dentorator, the C4 would blow up.
And nice random fact digi.

I think I'll make it a bit like that C4 we have on RTB. With the light key you can enable a timer, maybe even set the time (maybe like 5/10/15/30 seconds). With right click you pull out your detonator, left click - BEWM, and all your planted C4's explode.
Of course you'll be able to put C4 in vehicles ;)

I suggested that because i liked the GTA C4. It had a long detonation time by default, and that gave you time to blow it up.
