So it says "Laser Sights" in the OP. What exactly are those? Are they like transparent parts to the sights of some weapons, or are they like that laser that hit whatever you were aiming at with the 880 rifle?

It's like a laserpointer attached to a gun. Not that it only shows a fancy little red dot at the spot you're aiming at, no, it also tells you where the bullet possibly could land (yes, it moves around).
