Found a new glitch.
Get a gun.
Pop a few caps, maybe reload if you like.
Aim down sights, and drop the gun.
Once you've done that, aim from the hip, and you should have full ammo.
I posted a glitch similar to this in the help section.
It happens with all ironsights weapons.

Yes! RTB Pref. I hate gravity bullets.
What good is a sniper rifle if I cant sit from a cowardly distance and still be able to hit them without the bullet falling.

That's after downloading 123 separate files to even load it.

A lot of people crashed on my server when one of the weapons were fired. This was because people hadn't downloaded textures and sounds. Maybe trying to download them if you haven't already?
