yes its 5.7but its 5.7x28mm while the Vsek is 9x19mm so no the P90 should do more than it. it might even do more than the .45 since its 11.43x23 and the P90 is meant to penetrate body armor

5.7 may have more entry, but a .45 has stopping power.
Get hit with the 5.7, and it may as well just pass through (depends on type of bullet).
Get hit with the .45 and it's gonna leave a larger hole.

To make it simple: The P90 needs less damage because sometime it feels like everyone only uses the P90 because it has 50 rounds and because it has 19 damage. Do you agree?

Yes. This is true, but if it hinders it's ability against other weapons of it's caliber. Then it isn't worth it.  I do think the Explosive rounds are way too overused and overpowered.

Why only 19 damage? Thats a six hit kill, which is a lot of bullets to all accurately hit someone, and only 20 damage for the .45 round? And 40 damage for the Python?

Aim for the head. 19 Damage because if the P90 was only a 5-hit-kill weapon it would be in use even more often. 20 damage because a .45 is not a .500 S&W and 40 because a .357 Magnum is quite powerful.
