Rewrote the piercing code and damage system. Bullet entry still needs some testing but I expect it to work better now. The damage system now can only be turned on or off. It also allows me to add custom values for headshots, bodyshots and vehicleshots. Bullets to the feet only do 75% damage. Helmets now provide full protection until they break. Strong weapons still can pierce the helmets, break them and deal full damage.

Another thing: After locking this topic because I'm tired of this whole "Will it get released or not?" crap I got four PM's, two jumped to the conclusion that I'm not going to release it.
