Wow. I just realized that that's the Russian flag.
I don't really think there should be a flag on it. It kinda looks odd if you're playing as Mexico or some stuff like that and you have the Russian flag.

It has about the same level of detail. But on the old vest the smoothshading and shape of the pouches kind of ruined it.

In my opinion, it's maybe a bit overcrowded with the amount of pockets.  The black does look better though :)

And to the flags, it looks nice with a bit of color on it but I don't think flags are the way to do it.
