Hey something is wrong with the vests.
I put on Ballistic Vest (+20%) and I get shooted with a no powerful gun and it dissapears, it says me I took out the Vest.

I tried with gun bullet projectile at smallest size or damage, and it stills dissapears.

Yes , the Super Hind Mk.III .
The only thing missing are working ATGMs but it's not a problem.
It might get released together with the PAK FA.

Funfact : the missiles on the PAK FA will lock onto ANY vehicle.
