Author Topic: Friend's neighbor died  (Read 18935 times)

I went over my friend's house today and his neighbor's kids were there. Turns out their mother expect him to pick up the kids at her house (Divorced) and didn't show. She drove to the house and the father didn't open up. She called my friend's mom to ask if she should call the police. She said yes and the police got there. He was dead (possibly for 3 days) and the family began crying (My friend felt a bit sad as well). I feel like an starfish because I really didn't feel anything despite seeing him a lot. Feel like an ass. And the loving news called to ask what happened. My friend told them to forget off. A neighbor said not to tell them anything. They either did it or want to be so loving cool telling the police someone died. Yeah

Inb4 News says something like

"This is channel whatever news. Top story tonight: Man found dead in his own home. When we tried to get infomation we were told to forget off"

Are you implying I am a troll, because I am just trying to uphold my opinions. Also you are god, in a non-religious way.
Not necessarily.

If I am god then where's all my temples and shrines? D:

Tell your disciples to build them.
In a non-religious way.
Yeah, something like that.

Oh, nice you got our previous president's face. Good job.

Oasis, you DID start this. If you didn't pull that richard move none of this would have started and you wouldn't be a hated disgrace.

Did I say I didn't start this? And to hate a disgrace is kinda redundant. But I must confess, I had fun for the past few hours. Seeing opinions racing by to only be smashed up onto a wall.

I was baptized Christian at whatever age, no idea. Went through the years, questioning a God's existence. At a younger age, my argument for why the bible was a piece of stuff, was the fact it didn't mention dinosaurs. (I was obsessed at the time)

Very recently, when I was visiting Hawaii with my dad (Christian) he told me about his beliefs on how the bible was a great story and all, but was not as true as it seemed. This spurred my struggle with my mind to figure the religious and non-religious aspects of the world. I actually began my thinking in a Hawaiian church, where my grandparents were getting their vows renewed for their 50th anniversary.

I now have no beliefs what so ever of any deity, I despise religion, funerals, or any other religious procession, and last but not least, I have to hide my atheism from select people and I bloat it out to others.

I just think, knowing both sides of the argument improves my comprehension of it.

Quite, fellow Christian.  :cookieMonster:

Everybody just ignore Oasis. He's just one person in 7 billion.
