Its the M16a1. He is talking about the M16a2. The automatic switch only uses 3 round burst, because soldiers would "spray" waisting ammo. And the semi auto is just 1 shot like any other gun.
You just got owned by logic.
Also, the only burst modes are full, semi, and safety.

Who cares if it's 3 burst or not? Personally i think its fine the way it is. Also the FN-SCAR in this pack is burst just like in L4D2 and the m16 is fully auto just like in L4D2 aswell!. This pack is based of it!
