Anyway, I'm not getting Oblivion for a while so I have time to think about it... PC or PS3 = remove games and put on external drive + install time, or put disc in and play...

And the jail thing... If you go and accept your sentence, Frizzybman said that you lose your stolen items (but "Find them" again somewhere in the jail) but keep non-stolen items?

you go to jail, they keep it in the evidence chest which is located in the lobby.
you have to get to the lobby and you get EVERYTHING back.
including stolen stuff.
and if you manage to escape that town before they confront you.




you are in the clear, but are not allowed back in that city for like 3 game days

lets seee
hitting someone
going into someones house and then they see you in there and you dont get out in time.
being in a restricted area
hitting a guard
stealing horses
and grand theft(stealing the countess' ring or counts shoes)
also, by not allowed in the city, meaning if you go in there without a disguise, you will be apprehended.
And if you are a combatant character who is good at security, there is a mod where you bash the lock repeatedly to open it

Having a "If he didn't see it, it didn't happen" mod would be nice...
Sorta reminds me of a sort of "Pics or it didn't happen." kinda thing.

and it includes an NPC arrest mod, a disguise-yourself-as-a-guard mod, a guards-dont-have-spidey-senses mods, a NPC-has-to-talk-to-guard-in-order-to-get-you-in-trouble(meaning that if he didnt make it far enough to talk to the guard, you are in the clear) and a regional bounty mod
