Old "Moved:" topics should be deleted.

Off Topic: One of my mods got failbinned while I was away, which disabled it for me. I had to edit it a bunch to make it work again. Seriously, what was "Fail" about Print events? I'm not saying there isn't a logical answer, but I don't get it.
