Well, it's pretty amazing, but "vore" started earlier then you think. In fact, it started in the 1800's. Very long time ago. I'm sorry I had to capture this amazing thing on a camera; I don't have access to a scanner at the moment. Proof is here (link because the actual picture is huge):
