Help with Avatar Blu Ray not playing! D:

Mom bought Avatar yesterday. Gonna watch it today. Popped it into one of our blu ray players, it was "reading the disk" then went to "reading completed" with a black background. Nothing happened. So I popped it into
another of our blu ray players, it was loading, it finished loading, then loaded some more, then showed the 20th century fox logo stuff. Then, on the blu ray player, it went from numbers (the 20th century logo) to "menu". Now the screen is just black and nothing is happening. Help pl0x!! D:

Obtw, the normal dvd was working fine on my xbox.
