yes. Nothing came up.

Gave it back. Exchanged. This one aint working either.

I find it strange that both blu-ray players aren't working, especially sony. Do other blu-rays work on your players?

Please note: This edition of the film is not in 3D. Also, we recommend customers with older Blu-ray players update their player firmware to ensure successful playback of this product. More information about Blu-ray player firmware updates can be found here
This is the main reason why PS3 is such a good blu-ray player because its constantly updated.

And it forces updates if you want to play games online and all.

The reason companies have technical support is so you don't ask people with no qualifications about problems that they can not solve without causing damage to your product. I suggest you try them and you'll have a much better chance of getting a real working disc to watch the movie.

Most of the blue-ray discs are warped. I suggest going to best buy to see if theirs work.

Alright, updated my SHARP Aquos BD-HP21, it got to the main menu (holy stuff it looks awesome holy stuff) but when I press play, the counter at the bottom will stay at 00:00:08, and just sit there doing nothing. The screen goes black and nothing happens. Help?
