Hosting troubles

So whenever i host people always freeze on my servers, like they all freeze at the same time. It really is frustrating but i dont know what causes it
i turned off my security software and my firewall and it still happens. WTF

Could it be your internet losing connection? If you're on wireless this could be a problem (I get random internet drops via a wire; but that's just stuffty country-side internet).
