 Can anyone just point out what looks weird? I have no idea whats wrong with the leg. Are you guys talking about the crotch that's separating the two legs from each other?

 Lol... Thats a crotch bulge. Female gymnasts get them whenever then spread their legs or get into awkward positions. Its natural her leg is fine.  Plus her suite is so incredibly tight that it outlines her ass and crotch.
