Spam Bot 2.0

A few people have asked me to drama this. There's a guy going by the name of Spam Bot 2.0 and bascically he's spamming servers with >>>>>>>>>>>Spam Ping/pong. It's quite annoying when the host is afk and the client sided mute script, well I think that went with rtb 3. I don't know if he has rtb but here's a bit of his name history:

im sorry but titease me

So, please ban this guy in advance (ID: 13715) so he doesn't annoy your server while you're afk. Thanks.

PS: I'm sure a load of people have got screen shots of this by now, iI forgot to get one.
