You don't have to use TorqueX to port to the 360, you can use TSE360 which would mean all the art and scripts could be ported straight over for the most part. The problem is that Blockland doesn't really fit into the XBLA mindset of "pick up and play". The learning curve is steeper than anything currently on XBLA.

It would have to be a boxed title, which means getting a publisher. Also there's tons of testing certification you have to go through which takes time and money. Plus there are marketability concerns with the game, even on the PC.

Left thumbstick- Move around
Right thumbstick- Look around
Right Trigger- Fire ghost brick/spray can
Left Trigger- Jetpack
D-pad= Up- Move brick forward. Down- Move brick backwards. Left- Move brick left. Right- Move brick right
Left bumper- Rotate brick counter clock-wise, or with spray can out, change colors
Right Bumper- Rotate brick clock-wise, or with spray can out, change colors
X- Place brick
B- Change tools
A- Use item/vehicle
Y- Brick selection menu
Left thumbstick click- Move brick down 1/3rd (tap faster to move one brick down)
Right thumbstick click- Move brick up 1/3rd (tap faster to move one brick up)
Back- Score board, blocks per player, etc

I may be mistaken, but can't you use a USB keyboard on Xbox 360?
