Need help find the "Zombie subway map"

I tried searching, again and again, and all I have found was Rotandos Zombies mod comments.
If the save file is even AVAILABLE for download here, please send a link/what the "official name" of it is.
(If you don't know what Im talking about search 'Blockland Zombie Run')
