Kay...I'm gonna help you out:

1) USAR is not an acronym for Rangers, it is an acronym for the U.S. Army Reserve.

2) If you are going to found a clan, you need to have a number of things setup in advance; Examples of which are...

A) Existing members other than yourself (you shouldn't really start a clan with just you).

B) Information about your clan, its purpose, its specialty, etc.

C) The process for which players can apply.

D) Somewhat of a formal thread. It looks like you just typed out a bunch of stuff in haste.

E) Proper grammar.

These are just a few things, not a guideline for forming a clan. People hate it when the Clan Discussion page is filled with half-hearted attempts to form a clan.

Another protip: If your clan has anything to relate with armies, darkness, death, shadows, ninjas, assassins, specific games or game icons, or soldiers, chances are that it sucks.
