I know there are events to change the cam places and if you would please provide a download that would be great :) ( im new to blockland )

Search "CameraEvents" and rename "Event_CameraEvents"

Download that, put it in your Blockland folder. DON'T UNZIP!
Go to your server options, enable the add-on.
Go to the place where you want to operate the camera.
Add these events to the camera:
onActivate > <Named Brick> (camera) > setPlayerCamera > Free
