It really depends on what kind of video camera you are looking for. It also depends on what kind of things you will be using it for.  For example, u may use it for strictly video, or you may want to take some stills.  You should also get one with a fairly high pixelation number.  Hope i could help.

That one is a great one for vacationing and stuff. (I've gotten a chance to test all of these)

I would recommend you the cannon vixias series , but those are expensive as hell.

Those are the only to good ones for the price range though. I'ma go look for more though.
