Author Topic: Keylogging via USB-Stick  (Read 1641 times)

I have a normal 4gb USB stick.
I want to steal some information from a laptop (with XP) that belongs to someone whom I "don't like".

Is it possible that I can put a keylogger on my USB that runs in the background when you put the stick into the PC? Or something similar?

Theres one I think geek that does this.

Illegal.
Who cares, at least answer his question. It is possible.

but anyway, by "don't like", i think you mean "want", and by "steal information", i think you mean steal their nudes.

Illegal.

And I don't get keyloggers, Do they steal chat? and If they steal passwords and stuff, how does it give it to you? Some one elaborate for me please.

They record whenever you push a button on your keyboard, and save it into a text file in the keylogger.

EDIT: Can you get around them by using an on-screen keyboard?

you type in information (Nickname, password), keylogger logs the information and saves them into a .txt file.

The virtual keyloggers? No. You can get around the actual physical keyloggers that go between your keyboard and your computer by doing that, though.

On whom do you wish revenge on, may I ask?
