Maybe you should write up a contract that they are bound to follow as well..
It would not surprise me if as soon as they get their copy of the game and the serial number; they'll choose a different name and ditch you and your little project.

Even if there is a contract, you could easily get out of it, and there would be no legal information to contact and charge the person with breaking it. It would be difficult to tell if the user in question completely destroyed all instances of the software as well.
