How would I go about launching a satellite?

Say I wanted to create a low orbit personal GPS tracking/ communications satellite, how would I go about getting clearance for this/ what agencies would I have to deal with and fill out paperwork for?

Find an uninhabbited island and launch it from there.....other countrys launch theirs without permission from other people

You would need more than 1 satellite to have a fully functional GPS system. I think the world wide one uses like 16.

But i don't think it's possible for you to do. There is NASA and all their satellites, the government...There is so much space stuff orbiting the earth chances are you'll crash it into something, or not get it into perfect orbit and have it crash into your house.in which case Candace is in charge.

Armour can't fly and a heavily armored Ion Cannon is too heavy to sustain orbit.
